THE GGFI Insurance backed guarantee covers practically everything you would want from a quality guarantee including: 

• Any material used by the contractor in the completion of the project.
• The workmanship of the contractor throughout the installation.
• In the event of your original contractor ceasing to trade following completion of the project, the GGFI insurance backed guarantee will meet all the terms of the original contractor's guarantee.
• The transfer of ownership of the guarantee, should the property subsequently be sold.
• Ess & Ess Hard Landscaping Ltd are fully insured to carry out all of your alterations and are insured through Simply Business for full public and employee liability.
• Ess & Ess Paving are Trading Standards Approved and part of the 'Buy With Confidence Scheme'.
